Sea Captain's
Historic Home
Recognized by the Lakewood Historical Society as a Historic Home, this century home originally built for a Sea Captain that sailed the Great Lakes, combines the best of both worlds. An updated interior remodel includes a four season spa room complete with a Japanese soaking tub, under floor radiant heat, in addition to a tankless H20 system for energy conservation. A kitchen remodel with stainless steel appliances, Italian ceramic floor and custom window treatments are just the start of the modern updates that complement this historic home. To bring the home back to its original 1915 layout a reopening of original porch entry with matching brick restoration, custom wrought iron work and hardwood floor refinishing has preserved the integrity of the home.
